Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were not only comfortable but also spacious, and the walkout shared patio deck offered a wonderful view. The fireplace was a lovely touch, especially during the ski break. The private bedroom, two washrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and various amenities made my stay truly enjoyable. The service was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall pleasant experience. However, the dining options could be improved, and the location could use some updating.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and offered a beautiful view of the lake with easy access to the beach, but they seemed old-fashioned and slightly depreciated. While they appeared clean at first, we discovered dirty utensils and a dirty toilet seat lid underneath. The service was generally nice, although there was an issue with getting a coffee or a beer. The location was wonderful, giving a private lakefront living feel, and offering easy access to the ski village and restaurants. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown with limited options. The hotel facilities were decent overall.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and bright with a great view of the lake, perfect for entertaining and not worrying about driving. The service was top-notch, super friendly and accommodating for my family of 4. The location was wonderfully relaxing with a private lakefront feel and convenient access to the slopes. The dining experience was excellent, especially with the 15% discount coupon received at check-in. Overall, a fantastic choice for a getaway in the Laurentian.
The hotel offers spacious and well-appointed rooms with lovely linens and pillows, boasting a gorgeous view of the lake. The service was a mix of some rude and impatient encounters but overall satisfactory with diligent sanitary practices. The fantastic lakefront location provides easy access to bike and hiking paths, perfect for those seeking a private lakefront living experience. The dining options were excellent, although the prices were slightly above expectations.
The hotel is located in a stunning setting on the lake with plenty of outdoor activities nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though a bit dated. The service was mostly helpful but had some issues with attitude. The location is fantastic for both relaxation and easy access to ski villages and restaurants. The dining experience, while not exceptional, can keep you content until dinner. Overall, a great location but with some service concerns.
Staying at this hotel was a remarkable experience! The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a gas fireplace, 2 full bathrooms, a lovely lake view veranda, a king-sized bed, and a convenient full kitchen. The room also had accommodations for additional guests with a sofa bed and a Murphy bed wall unit. I was thrilled about the amenities provided, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and fridge. However, the rate was a bit higher than expected.
